The Montes Ermos Dezasete Passos 0.75 red wine is produced by the Adega Cooperativa de Freixo à Cinta in the Douro. This wine on the nose is sweet and elegant, very intense, showing a great aromatic complexity. The freshness of the floral and bergamot notes is in balance with the black fruits and the flora of the region, rock rose and rosemary, very typical of the Douro Superior. It should be served between 16 and 18 and goes perfectly with meat dishes.
