The Monte dos Cardeais white Alentejo wine is produced by Costa Boal in Alentejo. This Alentejo wine presents a lot of different varieties that reveal a good dialogue with each other, with ripe fruit, notes of pear, apple and apricot, all adjusted and attractive. In the mouth it is lighter than the aroma would suggest. The acidity is giving good freshness, the wine should be enjoyed young.
