On the nose it is sweet and elegant, very intense, showing a great aromatic complexity. The freshness of the floral and bergamot notes is in balance with the black fruits and the flora of the region, rock rose and rosemary, very typical of the Douro Superior. The aging in new barrels, contributed to enhance all the aromatic richness, denoting discreet notes of roasting, vanilla and toast.
