The LOTE 5 reserve white wine is produced by Quinta das Chaquedas in the Santa Marta and Loureiro Valley, in Baixo-Corgo in the Douro region. This wine has a soft yellow-green hue. The aromas are very clean and defined with white pulp fruit, cherry, pomegranate berries and orange zest with notes of wood in the background. Tense and vibrant in the mouth, with salivating acidity, it shows an excellent compromise between freshness and unctuousness in a register of enormous balance. The wine is produced by pressing whole grapes: Moscatel Galego Branco, Viosinho, Rabigato and Gouveio. Fermentation takes place in 300 liter French oak barrels for 6 months.
