Herdade da Pimenta Grande Escolha is produced by Casa Relvas in the Alentejo region. This wine has an intense Grenat color and an austere aroma of wild fruits, orange peel well integrated with earthy aromas and balsamic notes. In the mouth a good freshness, excellent structure and balance. Complex finish showing great elegance. This wine is made from Touriga Franca, Touriga Nacional and Syrah grape varieties. It is the ideal wine to accompany game dishes, red meats and stews.
