The Montes Ermos Grande Reserva red wine is produced at the Adega Cooperativa de Freixo de Espada à Cinta in the Douro. This Douro wine has a red violet color, full-bodied and has a fine, complex and persistent aroma in the mouth with notes of red fruits and chocolate. Long finish with a fine raspberry flavor. This wine should be served between 16 and 18º and goes perfectly with game and poultry dishes.
