Deliveries are not made on weekends. WHAT IS THE COST OF SHIPPING?
The freight cost is variable according to the total weight of the goods, distance, type of delivery, and will be added to the value of the goods purchased. The cost is calculated and communicated to the customer prior to the confirmation of the purchase, which is his sole responsibility and is non-refundable.
WHAT SHOULD I DO IF I RECEIVE A DAMAGED PACKAGE OR BOTTLES?
In the event that the shipping package is damaged, you should check its contents at the time of delivery, with the courier present and if there is damaged content, you must immediately submit a complaint to the courier / carrier, contacting VINHOS BAG IN BOX afterwards. an asset when complaints are accompanied by a photo. IF YOU WANT TO RETURN?
The client has a maximum period of 14 days, counting from the receipt of the good, to return, without payment of compensation and without the need to indicate the reason, by sending a registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt to communicate this wish.
The price of the good will be refunded to the customer, within a maximum period of 30 days, less the original shipping freight. Transport costs are the responsibility of the customer. COMPENSATION FOR LACK OF PRODUCT OR DELIVERY OUT OF TIME:

VINHOS BAG IN BOX may automatically cancel the purchase in the following situations: Impossibility to execute the debit corresponding to the purchase on the Credit Card, non-payment of the deposit or bank transfer within the deadline, no consistency of the data filled in the purchase order or prices are wrongly registered by electronic means.
ORDER REVIEW
When an order is returned due to the customer’s responsibility and the customer wants to reship it, it is necessary to pay a reshipment fee equal to the one initially charged and with a minimum of € 7.50 for us to proceed with the reshipment. This fee must be paid by bank transfer and refers to the costs of returning and resending the order. If there is no payment at the end of 90 days, the order will be void and no refunds will be made of the amounts initially charged.
